REGISTRATION FEES
Standard Registration Fee: €600 if registered by July 30 2025, and €680 thereafter while spaces are available.
This fee grants access to all sessions, materials related to the summer school and lunch.
Discounted Fee for UCBM Students: €150
Eligible for a reduced registration fee (does not include lunch):
- Students currently enrolled at the Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma;
- PhD students enrolled in any cycle except XL of the National PhD Program in Artificial Intelligence.
Special Exemption for Students: PhD Students enrolled in the XL cycle of the Italian National PhD Program in the Health and Life Sciences are eligible for free registration (does not include lunch).
Special Sponsorship:
- 10 free registration spots for PhD students affiliated with the Institutions of the Heal Italia Foundation or PhD students of the Italian National PhD Program in Precision Medicine (more info below).
Payment Methods: We accept credit bank transfers. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon registration.
Note: All fees are inclusive of VAT. Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel expenses, or food. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Special Sponsorship by the Heal Italia Foundation
Thanks to the support of the Heal Italia Foundation, we are delighted to offer 10 free registration spots exclusively for PhD students affiliated with Institutions of the Heal Italia Foundation or PhD students of the Italian National PhD Program in Precision Medicine (does not include lunch breaks). This opportunity aims to foster international collaboration and provide students with a platform to engage deeply in the fields of artificial intelligence and health sciences.
Application Process: Interested students must fill out a dedicated application form issued by HEAL ITALIA – CUP B73C22001310006, which will be evaluated by our selection committee. The form will request details about your research interests, current projects, and a brief statement on how attending this summer school will benefit your academic and professional goals.
Selection Process: The committee will review all submissions and select recipients based on their CV, relevance and impact of their research in the area of health and life sciences, as well as their motivation to participate in the summer school. The selection is based on the quality of the application and, in case of ex-aequo, on a first-come first-served basis until all positions are filled. Winners of the grants will be notified at the end of the selection process and will be entitled for reimbursement of the subscription fee of 600 €.
