This course aims to deepen the theoretical and technological evolution of Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA), with a specific focus on personalized alignment strategies.
Through a scientific and practical comparison between Kinematic Alignment (KA) and Robot-Assisted Functional Alignment (FA), participants will acquire advanced knowledge of the most recent surgical approaches oriented toward treatment individualization.
Throughout the course, the following topics will be addressed:
The educational approach will integrate up-to-date scientific evidence, clinical case discussions, and hands-on experiential activities, promoting immediate translation into daily clinical practice.
The course is intended for:
Admission requires a Medical Degree with specialization in Orthopaedics and Traumatology, or enrollment in a related residency program.
The course will take place in person on 19 June 2026 at the CU.BO Building – Simulation Center of Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, Via Regdo Scodro, 42, Roma.
