Executive Master in Applied Artificial Intelligence Engineering

Artificial Intelligence is not just a technology—it is a leadership and organizational capability. Organizations will not be replaced by AI, but by those able to integrate it into strategy, governance, and decision-making.

This Master is designed to go beyond technical training and equip professionals with the ability to translate AI into measurable and sustainable value within complex organizations. The program combines strategic vision, governance, and hands-on application to prepare leaders who can drive responsible and impactful AI adoption.

Through a pragmatic and immersive learning journey, participants will develop the ability to:

  • Master AI technologies: build a solid and critical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, and apply them to real-world business challenges
  • Drive AI governance: lead AI initiatives with a strong focus on ethics, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (including AI Act and GDPR)
  • Embed AI into organizations: integrate AI into corporate strategy, operating models, and decision-making processes to unlock tangible value
  • Deliver measurable impact: design and execute AI projects that improve performance, efficiency, and innovation outcomes
  • Lead transformation: operate across functions and roles, aligning technical, managerial, and strategic perspectives to enable organizational change

The program is built on a dual foundation: developing role-specific competencies while enabling organizations to act cohesively in AI-driven environments.

One program. Three profiles. One team.

The Master is designed for professionals who want to play an active role in the adoption and governance of AI within their organizations, bringing together complementary profiles that reflect real organizational dynamics:

  • Top Management (e.g. CEO, CFO, Board Members, Heads of Strategy)
Focus on strategic direction, value creation, and governance of AI
  • Meso-Management (e.g. Heads of Operations, HR Directors, Functional Managers)
Focus on translating strategy into processes, integrating AI into workflows, and leading hybrid teams
  • AI & Digital Specialists (e.g. Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Product Managers)
Focus on designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions aligned with business objectives

Rather than training isolated professionals, the program fosters alignment across roles, enabling participants to collaborate effectively and operate as a cohesive system.

Admission requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree (all academic backgrounds are considered)
  • Professional experience is recommended
  • Fluent English

The program is also open to:

  • Graduating students, provided that they obtain their degree within 90 days from the official start date of the Master
  • Auditors (uditori), i.e. participants who do not hold the required academic degree. Auditors are allowed to attend the program but will receive a certificate of participation instead of the Master’s degree

Admission is based on CV evaluation and, if required, a motivational and/or technical interview.

Graduates of the Master will be equipped to bridge the gap between AI potential and real organizational impact, operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and governance.

They will be prepared to take on key roles in AI-driven transformation across industries, including:
